Return Policy

Returns are only accepted on items mailed back to us within seven calendar days of initial receipt of them by the customer. Jewelry must be in new and unworn condition to be accepted upon return. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping and insurance costs pertaining to the the return of items to us.

In the event you are purchasing jewelry from us as a gift for someone, we will allow returns beyond the aforementioned seven day window if you discuss the circumstances with us ahead of time. We do not want the return policy to inhibit your willingness to gift jewelry to the special people in your life.
