In an era of mass produced and mechanized jewelry production, we set ourselves apart at every stage in the creation process. From our elegant hand drawn design illustrations, to our hand carved wax models, along with the countless hours our Master Goldsmiths invest in realizing our creative vision, the jewelry we design is still the finest Seattle has to offer.

The Design Process

Custom design can produce a handmade work that more closely embodies the unique qualities of the person who will wear the jewelry. The creative energy is even better if the person who will receive the jewelry is involved in the design process.

The key first step is getting to know each of our clients and what role their jewelry will play in their lives. The better we know you, your goals for the piece, and any occasion it may be for, the better we are able to design jewelry suited to your exact desires and needs. We work meticulously to envelop your concepts into a design that heightens the elements you care most about while simultaneously creating a durable and lasting piece that will live on for generations to come.

We will present you with a collection of hand-drawn to scale design illustrations as well as a suite of relevant gem stones that we’ve sourced for your project. We can continue to make modification to the design and source more stones if needed so that you never feel the need to settle for the closest option, but truly love the design and stones that you are choosing.

Once you’ve selected a design and stones, we will give you an approximate timeframe for us to create the piece based on the complexity of the design. For more complex designs, expect it may take a significant amount of time to complete as we do everything by hand and will always prioritize the quality we can achieve by taking our time constructing the jewelry over finishing a project quickly.

Upon completing your piece, we will schedule an appointment for you to come in and experience your new jewelry for the first time. We always hope that you will immediately fall in love with it, but in the event that the piece isn’t up to your standards then it’s not up to ours either. If you have any concerns or desire for us to make any adjustments on the piece, we will happily make a plan with you to ensure that once we are done working you are wholly satisfied and nothing short of obsessed with your new jewelry.
