Can you preform repair work on jewelry?

When it comes to repair work our primary focus is on larger restoration projects. That said, we are also able to preform minor repairs or adjustments such as fixing clasps, sizing a ring, replacing stones, or similar operations.


Is gift wrapping available for shipped orders?

Yes! We will happily gift wrap any order we send out if you request it it in the order details at checkout.


How long before I receive my jewelry piece after ordering through the online store?

Always plan on it taking 3-5 business days from the time you place your order for the piece to be shipped. We do not offer any express or otherwise expedited shipping services.


Do I have to pay to insure my shipment when I order through the online store?

As a matter of fact, you don’t pay any shipping when you order a piece of jewelry from our online store. We’ve got you covered.


Do you ship out of the country?

We do not offer shipping to countries outside of the United States.


Do I need an appointment to visit the store?

Yes, all visitors are required to schedule an appointment to visit the store even if you do not require a consultation for custom design or antique restoration work. To schedule, please call us at (206) 624-1531 or email sj@cranejewelers.com.


Do I need to pay to schedule a consultation?

No, all appointments and consultations are complimentary.


Can you resize a ring to fit my finger size?

You’re in luck! Most of our rings can be sized upon request at no additional charge. Simply reach out to us via phone (206 624-1531) or email (sj@cranejewelers.com) and we can provide you with sizing options for any given ring that you are interested in. Please note that not all rings can be be resized to all sizes. To that end, please only include resizing requests in your order details after having it approved by us.


What do I need to do to care for my jewelry?

Caring for your jewelry is a simple yet essential task to ensure the longevity of your pieces. Always remove you jewelry before shower, sleeping, or participating in sports. Your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on in the morning before you leave, and the first thing you take off when you get home at night.
